The bulk of this series includes letters regarding the engagement and scheduling of guest preachers for Sunday services at the College Chapel. The remaining files contain Morning Chapel Service assignments for faculty members, along with scripture readings and hymns for each service. Correspondence regarding the assignments is also included.

Guest preachers were invited to deliver the Sunday sermon at the College Chapel. Many guest preachers made annual or semi-annual appearances at Williams.
